Earth, Center, Shield
This little routine is one of the most essential skills you can have in your spiritual toolbox. Protects against psychic noise, psychic attack, telepathy, dark entities, and other unwanted energies. It can rebalance you, increase your discernment, and keep your aura clean. It is a great way to start a meditation or any spiritual lightwork. Consider it basic hygiene for your soul.
Floor:
Begin by sitting comfortably in a chair. Make sure your spine is straight and your feet are planted firmly on the ground. Say in your mind the word “earth”.
Begin to visualize your feet taking roots like a tree, through the ground, to the center of the earth. See how these roots are anchored there, in the center of the earth. Feel the depth of this connection stabilizing you. Allow any negative energy to drain through these roots and burn away.
Center:
Take a moment to notice where you are in the here and now. Notice how you feel. Don’t judge him. Just notice. Say the word “center” in your mind.
See these roots that draw white light from the center of the earth into your heart. Draw all of your awareness into your heart, as this light becomes a bright, crescent ball. Imagine that YOU are within the center of this ball and are one with it.
Armor:
See this ball of light expanding, flowing through your body like water, until it fills you completely. Say the word “shield” in your mind.
Then direct that light out of your body, through your skin. Spin this light around your body clockwise, forming an earth-powered bubble of protection. You can play around with your shield, trying different shapes and sizes. You can turn it into a light egg, make it transparent or put mirrors on it! I recommend making it porous like a mesh or a screen if you are going to be interacting with other people.
When you feel your shield is in place, say in your mind, “Only love can break through this shield.”
If you do this simple meditation at the beginning of each morning for 30 days, you will see positive changes in your life. Soon, it will be as easy as saying, “Ground, center, shield.”
